Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the Interlocutory application
(I. A. No. 2720 of 2011) filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act.

Since there is a delay of 4 days in filing the present appeal is condoned.
Put up this case on 28.11.2011 under the heading ‘For Admission’ in view
of the fact that it is a matter relating to the fate of the employment of the employees
who appears to have been appointed more than 30 years ago.
