         this writ petition has been traced out wherein the last order is dated
         16.11.2009

. It appears that the defects have not been removed since last
two years. It also appears that neither the learned counsel for the
petitioner nor the Registry took pains to get the matter listed in the Court.

This is a case of Single Bench matter and has been listed wrongly

before the Division Bench.

Be that as it may, since it is a Single Bench matter, therefore, office

is directed to list this matter before the appropriate Bench in the next
