Grievance
which has been raised by petitioner before District Education
Officer in application dated 14th June, 2010 has still
remained unanswered and not decided, therefore, it is directed to
District Education Officer, respondent No.2 to examine grievance of
petitioner in complaint dated 14th June, 2010 and take
immediate steps and communicate decision to petitioner within period
of fifteen days from date of receiving copy of present order.

With
these observations and directions, this petition is disposed of by
