                              O R D E R

The review petitioner is the writ petitioner. The writ petition

was filed aggrieved by Ext.P1 order passed by the District

Educational Officer ordering recovery of salary for the period the

writ petitioner worked as Lower Grade Hindi Teacher during

1999-2000. The writ petition was disposed of apparently on the

submission made by the learned Government Pleader that in view

of the staff fixation and payment of salary nothing survived in the

writ petition. But it is now brought to the notice of this court that

the issue pertaining to the order passed by the District

Educational Officer to recover the salary paid to the petitioner

during 1999-2000 still survives. In view of the error apparent on

the face of the record as above, the review petition is allowed

and the judgment dated 11-7-2006 is recalled.
