02. 25.10.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for

the State.

In a case of theft of cash from informant’s motorcycle, material

for petitioner’s involvement is recovery of Rs.50,000/-, which is denied

about being the same of the theft and petitioner remained in custody since

15.6.2011.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released

on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. Case No.41

of 2011.
