Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
The applicants are accused in criminal case no. 172A of 2009 under sections
147,323,325,326 and 504 I.P.C. P.S. Mandawli District Bijnor.
This application has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be
issued to the courts below for disposal of the bail application of the applicants
on the same day.
After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations it is
directed that the applicant or applicants move or moves application for
appearance/surrender before the court concerned within 30 days from today
on which the court concerned shall fix the date of surrender/appearance, in the
meantime the court concerned shall seek the instructions from the prosecution
side. In case the applicant moves the application for bail on the day of the
appearance or surrender, the same shall be considered and disposed of
expeditiously, if possible, on the same day by the courts below.
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
