as well as registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc. must

be filed within ten days , failing which this application shall stand

rejected as against the concerned opposite party without further

reference to a Bench

In the meantime further proceeding in Complaint Case

No. 2132 of 2007(Tr. No. 2488 of 2008) pending in the Court of

Sri Ashok Kumar Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj shall remain

stayed.
