: In this I.A. the appellant has prayed for restraining the respondent
from transferring or alienating the property involved in the appeal and
from changing the status of the same in any way.
It has been stated that during pendency of the appeal the
respondent is negotiating with others to transfer the property, which is
the subject matter of the appeal and if she is not restrained it will cause
serious prejudice to the appellant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted
that though the respondent has not opposed this application and has not
admitted the facts and circumstances made in this application, she
would not transfer the land or change the status thereof during pendency
of the appeal.
In view of the above fair stand and submission on behalf of the
respondent, no order is required.
I.A. No. 1308 of 2011 stands disposed of.
