1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
2. According to the prosecution case the only son of the complainant aged about 14½ years was kidnapped from the college on 25.1.05 by the applicant who was the student of the said college. The bicycle of the kidnapped was recovered on the pointing out of the applicant. Unfortunately the boy was murdered despite the payment of ransum amount. No ground for bail is made out. The application is rejected.
