1. Rule.

Mr.L.R.Pujari,learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the
respondent-State, waives notice of Rule. Matter is further heard.

2. The
present application is for condonation of delay of 23 days in
preferring the First Appeal against the judgment and order dated
6.5.2010 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Sessions
Case
No.88 of 2008, whereby the applicant-appellant accused has been
convicted.

3.
It has been stated by the learned counsel appearing for the
applicant-appellant that her client is in jail.

4. Considering
the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the
application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.
Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and therefore, condoned.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
