Ms.
Kotecha, learned AGP, informs the Court that pursuant to order passed
by this Court on 25.6.2008, a letter is written to the Director of
Planning, Surat Municipal Corporation, on 30.9.2008.
Learned
Advocate Mr. Desai appearing for Surat Municipal Corporation makes
available a copy of the letter dated 30.9.2008 for perusal. He
further apprises the Court that the letter is in the process of being
replied to. He wants some time so as to see that the matter could be
negotiated with the authority-the Collector and some amicable
solution to the problem is achieved.
The
mater is adjourned to 20.11.2008.
