Basant,J

Both counsel are present. They submit that all outstanding

disputes between the parties have been settled. This appeal can

now be dismissed as not pressed, submits the learned counsel for

the appellant.

2. Request accepted. The appeal is dismissed as not

pressed.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that an

amount of Rs.50,000/- is lying in deposit before the court below

and the same may be directed to be released to the

respondent/wife.

4. That request is accepted. The amount in deposit shall

forthwith be released by the Family Court to the

respondent/wife.
