This petition is for bail.

2. According to prosecution, accused nos.1 and 2

committed theft of a motor cycle on 05.07.2008 and third

accused received the same knowing it to be a stolen property.

3. The petitioner was arrested on 11.09.2008 and he is in

custody since then. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that

he has no objection in granting bail, but stringent conditions

may be imposed, since the petitioner is involved in various

other crimes of similar nature.

Hence, bail is granted to the petitioner on the following

terms and conditions :

(i) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/-

with two solvent sureties each for like sum to

the satisfaction of the Magistrate court

concerned.

(ii) Petitioner shall report before Investigating

Officer on every alternate day between 10 a.m.

and 1 p.m. until further orders.

(iii) Petitioner shall not leave the limits of the

police station within which crime is registered

except with the prior permission of the

learned Magistrate.

(iv) Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate

any witness or tamper with evidence or

commit any offence while on bail and in case

of breach of this condition, bail is liable to be

cancelled.

The petition is allowed.
