This Court vide order dated 14th July, 2006 in Cont. Case

(C) No.1216 of 2004 and other connected matters, disposed of

similar petitions on the basis of consensus arrived at between the

parties and directions were issued. We dispose of this contempt

case also in terms of the directions contained in the order dated

14th July, 2006, with the modification that the respondents would

pay the amount within a period of three months from today.
