                                JUDGMENT

Koshy, Ag.C.J.

This is a petition for police protection. There are disputes

between the first petitioner and his wife and the matter is pending

before the Family Court. We are not expressing any opinion

regarding the merits of the disputes between the parties. However,

police is directed to see that law and order is maintained and lives of

both parties are not endangered.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
