                    J U D G M E N T

The main prayer in the writ petition is for a

direction to the second respondent to return the

Jackhammer seized from the petitioners. The learned

Government Pleader submitted that the Jackhammer was

returned to the petitioners on 19/09/2008. Therefore,

the writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed.
