The instant writ petition was dismissed under Chapter 12 Rule 4 of the
Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, vide order dated 16.4.2007.
Thereafter, an application for recall of the order has been filed and the
applicant has also taken steps.

Delay in filing steps is condoned.

Registry is directed to proceed, after verification.

Registry is also directed to mention in the notice that as and when the
case is listed, parties’ counsel shall come prepared for final hearing, as
the matter is pertaining to 1988.
