                          J U D G M E N T

Prayer sought in the writ petition is for a direction to

consider Ext.P7 application made by the before the second

respondent under the provisions of the Kerala Land Utilisation

Order.

2. Having regard to the case of the petitioner

regarding the pendency of Ext.P7, it is directed that the

second respondent shall consider the same and pass orders

thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two

months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
