                               JUDGMENT

Prayer is to pass a decree for dissolution of marriage

between the petitioner and the respondent. Since the Family

Court has been set up at Palakkad it is submitted that the parties

can be relegated to pursue the matter before the Family Court.

Accordingly, this original petition is disposed of without prejudice

to the liberty to the parties to approach the Family Court.
