Petitioners seek anticipatory bail on the allegation that the
Rajapuram Police are at their heels on an allegation of
commission of non-bailable offences.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,
submitted that no crime has been registered and that the
petitioners are not wanted in connection with the allegations in
the petition. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment
entertained by the petitioners is unfounded.
3. The petitioners need not comply with the directions in
Annexure-1 order passed by Sessions Court.
Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor,
this petition is closed.
