learned counsel for the parties.

2. During
the course of hearing, it was brought to our notice that Criminal
Revision Application No. 721 of 2006 filed by respondent No.3 ?
Damnagar Municipality has been admitted by the learned Single Judge
and the same is pending for final hearing.

Considering the facts and circumstances, we feel it would be
appropriate if the Criminal Revision Application No. 721 of 2006 is
posted for final hearing in the next month. Order accordingly.
