                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by non-approval of his

promotion as Lower Grade Hindi Teacher in the 1st respondent’s

School. Raising this grievance, the petitioner has filed Ext.P7

before the 6th respondent. The petitioner seeks expeditious

disposal of the same.

2. I have heard the learned Government pleader also. In

the facts and circumstances of the case, there would be a

direction to the 6th respondent to consider and pass appropriate

orders on Ext.P7 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,

after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and

respondents 1 and 5.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
