Prayer in W.P.No.29260 of 2007: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.6114/2007/C4 dated 22.08.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to release the lorry of the petitioner bearing Reg.No.TN-59-B-1971.
