                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is aggrieved since Exhibit P2 instruction issued by

the first respondent is not implemented. In the event of the

petitioner approaching the first respondent, the first respondent

shall see that lawful order duly issued are complied with by the

second respondent.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
