                                  J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

i) To call for the records relating to Ext. P1 to P4 and issue

a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to

rectify the anomaly in the basic pay and salary of the petitioner

as compared to Exhibit P2 proceedings and pay the entire

arrears of salary to the petitioner without any further delay.

It is stated in the counter affidavit that the employees belong to

two different categories and the scale of pay is also different. In

case the petitioner has any dispute with regard to the averments

in the counter affidavit, he may approach the first respondent for

appropriate action. Without prejudice to such liberty, this writ

petition is dismissed.
