                                O R D E R

This petition is for bail.

2. The alleged offences are under Sections 143, 147,

148, 448 and 379 read with Section 149 IPC. According to

prosecution, on 28.11.2008, at 2 a.m., petitioner (A11) along

with other accused committed trespass into CPI(M) branch

office and caused damage to the building. Petitioner was

arrested on the same day.

3. Learned public prosecutor submitted that he has no

objection in granting bail, but, stringent conditions may be

imposed.

4. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be

granted to the petitioner on conditions.

Hence, bail is granted on the following terms and

conditions:

(i) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with

two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the

satisfaction of the Magistrate Court concerned.

(ii) Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer

on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday between

10 a.m. to 1 p.m. until further orders.

(iii) Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail

and in case of breach of this condition, bail is liable to

be cancelled.

The petition is allowed.
