J U D G M E N T
Petitioners are Agricultural Assistants aspiring for promotion
to the post of Agricultural Officer. Pursuant to the directions of this
court their claim was considered by the first respondent and by
Ext.P5 order, it has been held that the petitioners are not entitled
for promotion. Aggrieved by Ext.P5, they have approached the 2nd
respondent by filing Ext.P6 representation. Counsel for the
petitioner submits that the said representation is pending and
seeks an order for its expeditious consideration.
2. Having regard to the pendency of Ext.P6, the 2nd
respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders
thereon with notice to the petitioner and any other person, who is
likely to be affected by any order on Ext.P6. It is directed that above
exercise shall be completed within 2 months from the date of
production of a copy of the judgment.
Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
