                   Dated this, the 4th June, 2009.

                           J U D G M E N T

In view of the affidavit now filed by the respondent, counsel for

the petitioner submits that, at present, the problem has been solved.

But the petitioner apprehends that in future the problem may re-occur

on account of the accumulation of silt. In the above circumstances,

this contempt case is closed without prejudice to the right of the

petitioner to approach this Court again, if necessary.
