                    JUDGMENT

Mr.M.V.Thampan, learned counsel for the

respondent submits that half the amount due to the

petitioner by way of gratuity has been disbursed and

the remaining half will be paid within two weeks from

today. Submission is recorded. Contempt of Court

case is accordingly, closed without prejudice to the

right of the petitioner to seek a re-opening of the

proceedings, if the above said undertaking is not

complied with.
