This petition is for bail.

2. The alleged offences are under sections 3(a) of Explosive

Substances Act and Section 435 r/w 34 of IPC. According to

prosecution, petitioners(A1 to A3) along with 4th accused in

furtherance of common intention assaulted defacto complainant

in between 9.5.2010 and 10.5.2010 and they caused explosion of

two Scorpio cars by keeping explosives. Petitioners are in

custody from 14.5.2010.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that

petitioners are working in film industry and false case is foisted

against petitioners to keep them away from work. There was a

dispute and certain persons were denied employment in the film

industry on account of a rift between two organisations by name

FEFKA and MACTA. Petitioner is in custody from 14.5.2010, for

the past 25 days.

4. This petition is not opposed. On hearing both side, I am

satisfied that bail ca be granted on conditions. Hence the

following order is passed:

Petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a

bond for Rs. 25,000/- with two solvent securities each

for the like amount to the satisfaction of learned

Magistrate, on the following conditions :

i) Petitioner shall report before the investigating
officer on every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
between 10 AM and 1 PM.

ii) Petitioner shall not enter the limits of police
station, crime was registered except with the prior
permission of Magistrate.

iii) Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the
witnesses or tamper with evidence.

This petition is allowed.
