Dated this the 2nd day of September, 2008
JUDGMENT
This matter has been sent up today on an urgent memo
shown to have been filed by the Advocate holding vakalath.
There is no appearance. On enquiry across the Bar, it is
revealed that the advocate, who was appearing in this case, is
presently employed somewhere abroad. One fails to understand
how an urgent memo has now been filed. Petitioner called out.
Absent. There is neither relinquishment of engagement nor any
other documents; to issue notice for this Court. The writ petition
is dismissed for default.
