                    J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks to be included in the list of

probationers prepared in the cadre of Deputy Tahsildar

for promotion to the cadre of Tahsildar.

2. Learned Govt. Pleader, on instructions,

submitted that the case of the petitioner will be

considered against the vacancies available subsequent

to 24-7-2007. Recording the same this writ petition is

disposed of.
