J U D G M E N T
The limited prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction
to the 1st respondent to deposit the amount awarded as per
Exhibit P1 award in O.P(M.V) No. 1780/1994 on the file of the
Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ernakulam.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st
respondent submitted that the amount will be deposited within
the time as may be fixed by this court. The same is recorded.
3. In the facts and circumstances, there will be a direction
to the 1st respondent to deposit the amount as awarded in O.P.
(M.V) No.1780/1994 before the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal,
Ernakulam within a period of four months.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
