                                      JUDGMENT

Heard counsel for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for the

respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of as follows:

There will be a direction to the first respondent to pay to the

petitioner the amount due as Provident Fund with statutory interest from the

due date till the date of payment within one month from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment. There will also be a direction to pay to the

petitioner the amount due as Staff Welfare Fund within one month from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
