                                 JUDGMENT

Raman, J.

Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioners have filed

a revision petition before the Government which is Ext.P7 sought to be

produced along with I.A.No.14885/2008. In the changed circumstances,

two parallel proceedings for the same cause and relief cannot be continued.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise

the contention in the revision. The revisional authority, however, will

dispose of the revision expeditiously.
