                          J U D G M E N T

I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned Government Pleader. Assessments were completed

by Exts.P3 and P4 under section 17(3) of the KGST Act.

Petitioner has preferred Exts.P5 and P6. Without expressing

any view on the merit or maintainability of the writ petition, I

dispose of the writ petition directing respondents 1 and 2 to

consider and take a decision on Exts.P5 and P6 in

accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till such time,

revenue recovery proceedings against the petitioner pursuant

to Exts.P8 and P9 shall be kept in abeyance.
