A W A R D

Parties have settled the dispute, the claimant/appellant is entitled to

get an additional amount of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) as

compensation. This amount will be deposited for payment to the claimant

within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this award before the

MACT, failing which the amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% per

annum from the date of default till payment.

The Appeal is disposed of as above.
