                           J U D G M E N T

In the matter of disbursement of pensionary benefits,

fixation etc., Exhibit P7 appeal and Exhibits P8 to P11

representations are pending before various respondents. There

will be a direction to the concerned and competent respondent to

look into the appeal and the representations with notice to the

petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with

law within a period of four months from the date of production of

a copy of this judgment by the petitioner before the said

respondent. Any benefits flowing out of such consideration shall

also be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of another two

months.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
