                        JUDGMENT

Petitioner claims re-assignment in the Final

Seniority List of Livestock Inspector Grade-II. Petitioner’s

claim in this regard is pending in Ext.P1 to P3.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader this writ petition is

disposed of directing the respondent to look into Exts.P1

to P3 and take a decision thereon within two months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after

hearing the petitioner and any other affected persons.
