                                JUDGMENT

Koshy, Ag.C.J.

Petitioners allege police harassment. On 4.12.2008

a Division Bench of this court directed that if there is any harassment

on the part of the first respondent, petitioners may file a

representation to the Superior Officer. If such a representation is

filed, the Superior Officer should consider the same and if the

allegations are found correct, take appropriate action.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
