                                     JUDGMENT

Adv.Mr.K.Prabhakaran, Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf

of the K.S.R.T.C.

2. In view of the principles laid down by the Division Bench of

this court in W.A.No.1775/04 and considering Ext.P2 marriage

invitation card, this Writ Petition will stand disposed of issuing the

following directions:

The respondents will pay to the petitioner all the amounts

payable to him on account of his D.C.R.G. at the earliest and at any

rate before 18th April, 2007.
