                              JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

i) to issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate
writ direction or order directing the 4th respondent to
comply with the provisions contained in Sec.64 of the
Calicut University Act and Sec.68 of the M.G. University
Act and to prepare seniority list of the non teaching
staff working in the colleges under the management of
Calicut and M.G. Universities and make postings in
accordance with the option made by the employees.

Since the petitioner has sought for an inter University

transfer, it is for the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent in

which case the matter will be duly considered by the 1st

respondent with notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
