Transfer of the petitioner vide Ext.P2 order from Palakkad

too Nilambur is under challenge. On instructions, today the

Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that

the matter was reconsidered on a representation filed by the

petitioner and by order No.A6-387(2)/10 dt.25.5.2010, the

transfer order has been cancelled.
