                                 JUDGMENT

This Transfer Petition is filed to transfer O.P.No.505 of 2007

filed by the petitioner to be transferred to the Family Court,

Kollam where O.P.No.605 of 2006 is pending. There was a case

filed before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram for dissolution

of marriage by the husband and as per the order of this Court, it

was transferred to Kollam and it is pending there as O.P.No.605

of 2006.

2. Subsequently, the present petitioner has filed O.P.No.505

of 2007 before the Family Court, Kottarakkara. Since one of the

matter is already pending before the Family Court, Kollam that

too by orders of transfer of this Court in order to avoid hardship

to both parties it is just and equitable to transfer O.P.No.505 of

2007 pending before the, Additional Family Court, Kottarakkara

to the Family Court, Kollam.

3. Since I am disposing of the matter at the admission

Tr.P(C) 205/07 -: 2 :-

stage itself, I direct the Family Court, Kottarakkara to intimate

the counsel for the respondents in O.S.No.505 of 2007 regarding

the factum of transfer.

Transfer Petition is disposed of as above.
