                                    JUDGMENT

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

disburse the entire Provident Fund amount due to the petitioner

with statutory interest from the due date till the date of payment

and the amount due by way of Staff Welfare Fund within a

period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
