                                   JUDGMENT

In this Writ Petition the prayer sought for is to issue a direction

to 3rd and 4th respondents to conduct inspection of the school and to

issue fitness certificate for the year 2008-09. Though at the instance

of the present Manager of the School, now that the fitness certificate

has admittedly been issued, it is not necessary to adjudicate the

merits of the contentions raised in this Writ Petition.

Hence this Writ Petition is closed.
