Kurian Joseph, J.
This Court is extremely happy to note that a long pending
dispute between the parties to a marriage has been amicably
settled between them, thanks to the strenuous efforts taken by
the court and effective conciliation made by the learned counsel
Smt. K. Girija.
2. The parties have been living separately for the last eight
long years and on the suggestion made by the court after the
conciliation, the parties have been now living happily together.
Smt. Rajeena, her father and Sri. Sujith who are present before
this Court submit that all the cases can be closed since they have
forgone and forgotten the past and have decided to have a happy
and prosperous life.
M.F.A. 1306 & 1357/02 & R.P.(FC)72/02 2
