                            JUDGMENT

Prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the first

respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P2, where the

petitioner is seeking a permission to use Pump and motor for

sand mining.

In view of the pendency of the said application, this writ

petition is disposed of directing that the first respondent to

consider Exhibit P2 in the light of the circular issued by the

Director of Mining and Geology dated 6/01/2009.

Orders shall be passed as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate, within three weeks of receipt of copy of this judgment.
