J U D G M E N T
Petitioner, who has completed her B.Sc Degree
Course from a college affiliated to the Calicut University,
had written the 2nd Year Supplementary Examination held
in September, 2008. Apparently, dissatisfied by the
marks obtained in Part I English paper, she had applied
for revaluation. She is aggrieved that the result of the
revaluation has not been published so far.
2. I heard learned standing counsel for the
University also. There is no justification for the delay in
the publication of results of revaluation in respect of the
Examination held in September 2008.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of
directing the 1st respondent to publish the results of the
revaluation sought for by the petitioner in relation to the
2nd Year Supplementary Examination held in September,

2008, as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of
eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application for
revaluation.
