                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner is operating a regular stage carriage vehicle on

the route Kodungalloor-Guruvayur via Perinjanam, Thriprayar,

Chettuva and Chavakkad with stage carriage vehicle No: KL-8/Q

5284. The petitioner had submitted an application for the

extension of his route from Kodungalloor to Azheekode via Govt.

Hospital, Padakulam Health Centre and Athani. Pursuant to the

judgment of this Court in W.P(C) 24133/2009 the matter was

considered by the RTA at its meeting held on 10.11.2009 and the

variation was granted subject to settlement of timings. The

petitioner submits that he has already produced current records of

the vehicle before the RTA but in spite of the above, the decision

has not been implemented till date. He prays for appropriate

directions to implement Ext.P1.

2. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the

respondent to convene a timing conference and to settle the

timings of the petitioner, in implementation of Ext.P1 within a

period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
